Privena is a Loan Service Provider (LSP). All loans are originated, sanctioned and disbursed by our partner NBFC, which is registered with the Reserve Bank of India. Privena facilitates the customer journey — application, KYC, documentation, servicing and collections — on behalf of the lender.

You must be an Indian resident aged 21–58, with a valid PAN and Aadhaar, a verifiable income source, and an active bank account in your name. Sanction is at the sole discretion of the partner NBFC.

Interest, processing fees, late payment charges, foreclosure charges and any applicable taxes (GST) are fully disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) before you accept the loan offer. By accepting the KFS you agree to all charges listed.

You agree to repay the loan as per the schedule shared in the KFS. Repayments are auto-debited from your registered bank account via NACH/e-mandate. Bounced payments may attract bank charges and late-payment fees.

You agree not to misrepresent information, use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

All content, trademarks, logos and code on this site are the property of Privena or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privena shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you to Privena in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
