Privena Financial Services Private Limited (CIN: U70200HR2025PTC139802) ("Privena", "we", "us") operates as a Loan Service Provider (LSP) in partnership with an RBI-registered NBFC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store and protect your information when you use our website, mobile interface or loan services.
1. Information we collect
- Identity & KYC: Name, date of birth, gender, PAN, Aadhaar (masked), photograph.
- Contact: Mobile number, email, residential and office address.
- Financial: Bank account, salary slips, ITR, bank statements, credit bureau report.
- Device & usage: IP address, device type, browser, app interaction logs (only for fraud-prevention).
- Location: Approximate location at the time of application, with your consent.
2. How we use your data
We use your information solely to evaluate eligibility, originate and service your loan with our NBFC partner, comply with KYC and AML obligations, prevent fraud, communicate loan updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to any third party.
3. Sharing with third parties
Your data is shared only with: (a) our partner NBFC for credit decisioning and disbursal, (b) RBI-licensed credit bureaus, (c) regulated KYC and bank-statement analysis providers, and (d) statutory authorities where required by law. All partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
4. Data storage & security
All data is stored on servers located in India, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is role-based and audit-logged. We retain loan-related data for the period mandated by RBI and the Income Tax Act (typically 8 years after loan closure).
5. Your rights
You may at any time: access your data, request correction, withdraw consent for non-mandatory processing, request deletion (subject to regulatory retention), and lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer or the RBI Ombudsman. Write to support@privena.in.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
