Personal loan questions
- What is the EMI on a ₹50,000 personal loan?
- About ₹8,910 over 6 months, ₹4,730 over 12 months or ₹3,350 over 18 months at 2% a month on a reducing balance. A longer tenure lowers the EMI but raises the total interest.
- How fast is the money disbursed?
- Approved loans are usually credited the same day, and within about two hours when KYC, bank statement and the NACH mandate are completed in one sitting on a banking day.
- Do I need a CIBIL score to qualify?
- No. A score of 700 or above helps pricing, but applicants with a thin file or no score are assessed on bank-statement cash flow, income stability and existing obligations.
- What documents are required?
- PAN, Aadhaar for eKYC, the last 3 months of salary slips or 2 years of ITRs, and 3 to 6 months of bank statements. Nothing needs to be printed or couriered.
- What is the total cost of the loan?
- Interest of 1.75% to 2.25% a month on a reducing balance, plus a 2% to 3% processing fee with 18% GST. The all-in APR of 26% to 34% is printed in your Key Fact Statement before you accept.
Representative APR includes interest and processing fees. Final rate, fee and approved amount depend on credit assessment. Need a smaller amount for a shorter term? See our Quick Loan (₹5K–₹25K).
